Look into redarc or C-tek dc to dc chargers....I really think they work better with our alternators and are better for battery longevity over all. Those smart Isolators seem to work "good enough". Im no expert either but im going DC to Dc when I do it.

I thought about getting one of those, but ended up just using rexings hardwire kit and plugged it into the wiper fuse. Not hard at all. Just tucked the wires under the headliner with my fingers. I really have no idea how to describe the plug I'm sorry. It's a fairly common power plug though.

You guys are supposed to be convincing me to spend money on the truck, not a new M&P! I’ve been on the fence for awhile there too.

Time to get back on track? With playoffs in the air? Better success rate if you wait till after LSU nudges past Ohio state for the title

Is this what you used? Did you run it to the drivers side down the A pillar and is the cord long enough to hide the control box under the dash? I suppose you used an add a fuse to the wiper fuse under the dash? Also how did you run the wiring for the rear camera? Thanks and sorry for so many questions. May do it with their wiring.

Does this kit allow you to run the dashcam 24/7 even when the vehicle is off?

I would think it would if you get power from a source that is always on. Not sure how much drain it would put on your battery.

Meso turn signals, ESI tailgate seal, and I sealed up the bed cubbies. I used silicone to plug the drain holes, then taped bike inner tube to the outside of the larger holes. The bike tube allows flexibility for the latches to move, yet keeps it sealed! Trying to decide if it's worth running a bead of silicone around the outside edges of the cubbies, but dust coming out of there seems negligible.

It cuts power if the battery drops to 11.6(?) amps.
