Forgot to mention I saw a vector battery jumper thing for like $40, said it was 700 amps max draw. I know we get boners around here for portable battery jumpers, but I don't know anything about the vector brand. I'll see if I can find it online to link

I disagree. If I find out who's doing this type of stuff I'm putting them on blast. Why hide it?

 

they do lifetime warranty on those when Craftsman does not. I went to warranty my older craftsman a year ago and they said they changed their policy on Tq wrenches. I bought the 1/2 Husky to replace it; I’ll have to grab it in 3/8 flavor at that price.

 

Will the 3/8" cover most stuff on a 1st gen Taco?

 

mostly.

I picked up the 1/2" a few months ago at the regular price. The one I had at the time stopped at 150 ft-lbs or torque and the axle nut is 176, IIRC. There are a few other things that go above 150, but not many that I've found.

I'm in for that. didn't know they do lifetime warranty now. that will sell me, cus i don't expect it to last forever.

Has anyone that bought Kings from Wheelers gotten a shipping notification yet?

 

I bought a set of Deavers from them and haven’t got a shipping notification / tracking number yet. If that counts...

 

I bought an Icon leaf pack and haven't gotten a shipping notification yet.

 

Figured since they were in stock, they would have shipped out this past week. Guess they have a lot of orders from the sale

 

I ordered front and rear kings from them and they get in on monday!

I ordered a set of Deavers before Thanksgiving, and have been getting the run-around... I've got posts in other threads discussing it.

 

This is my assumption. I'm sure they'll ship soon.

 

Give these vendors some time to process orders. With the longer purchasing windows of month long sales, it's not uncommon to have 1000's more orders than normal. Packaging a single order in a massive warehouse takes a bit of time. It's doubtful these companies hire additional help to help fill orders.

 

I ordered Deavers from Headstrong on 11/17 and delivered on 11/26. Most Deaver orders are shipped directly from Deaver so you might want to give them a call on Monday ??

 

As of yesterday, Wheeler's hadn't even submitted the order to Deaver...

 

That blows but they are worth the wait
