It should only matter to you but personally, lift is fine but ditch the bull bar.

I like it! Literally in the process of installing a lift kit on my 15 and as soon as I got the front done I wondered the same thing. "Shit is this gap too ridiculous? I just bought these tires." Currently running 265/70/17s. More I look at it more I like it though. Will probably upgrade to 285s when these tires wear out but for now I'm happy. Doing the rear lift portion today. Will post pics when done.

How much you lifted the front? 265s doesn't look bad with 3 inches or less, and what is better, you don't suffer any power loss. 285s or bigger tires looks awesome, but there is a high price to pay.

Its about 3.25" at the moment but I got OME 886s and have yet to install my ARB bumper so it'll probably drop down a 1/2" or so. Yea I like the way 285s look but gas mileage and having to do a CMC and trimming is not that appealing.

It is but honestly don't really drive all that often. Mostly on weekends. I have a van for work and a motorcycle for when the weather isn't pouring rain like it has been for the last week. I know my mpg will already be taking a hit with the lift and bumper but hoping it won't be too bad. Been averaging about 16-17 with 50/50 highway/in town. Then again I didn't buy it for the gas mileage haha.

It's a prerunner go tall as you want, 35s sure. Looks great! Might as well regear if you plan on going taller to fill in the gaps. You got a good gap already Yo
