Robert's or Airgas can. In the past I used a local dive shop, and maybe Pev's. I imagine that they are geared more towards the paintball community and smaller capacity tanks, but you can always check and see. I did have a friend that brews his own beer and he mentioned that he got tanks filled at one the the home brew suppliers..
