The buggy has mirrors, which is incorrect. As well as the sliding front window. His hat should be straw based on the season that picture was taken in. Amish men also don't wear shirts with collars. His coat would only be worn to church, but then only with a white shirt. He also doesn't have a beard, and he is married in the show. Amish men have to have a beard if they are married and a member of the church.

Edit: I also just noticed the sliding door on the buggy. They only have roll up canvas flaps.
