I hate the property restrictions here. I was out today up by Wilkeson and everything that isn't a FS road is locked. You egt trapped into a one way in and out with nowhere to go.

Although I did find a couple spots to get some actual wheeling in.

    ...too much shit to list.
And that’s one reason why we keep losing more and more places to go off-roading. Please keep in mind this site’s code of conduct when posting. Advocating illegal activities is not what this site is about.

First off-road ride in the Tacoma. Went through Quatal canyon off Mil Potrero Hwy. I’ve taken this road before in my 95 Bronco. Didn’t get crazy with it but the Tacoma sure was smoother and quieter than that beast.

I hate that entitlement nonsense. Sorry if some rich dude bought all the land and locked it. Sorry if the state has it locked, they probably have a reason for it. Just be glad that we even have a place to go at all. Keep violating authorized locations and there won’t be anywhere left.

That's exactly right. Lawmakers out here in California are just waiting to close down more land. Just for fun.
It only takes a few misguided 4-wheelers to have a large, negative impact.

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Most of the big timber company's land in Washington used to be open ground. Some of them use to even encourage people to recreate. I know Weyerhaeuser use to have a couple of nice campgrounds on the White River Tree Farm and Snoqualmie Tree Farm that was free to the public and a lot of the lakes were stocked with fish. Unfortunately, the gates started going up in the early 90's due to people dumping trash, vandalism, and we won't even go into the shit show with the environmentalists and the Spotted Owl. After the gates went up vandalism went to almost nothing, trash dumping went away (for the most part), forest fires were dramatically reduced, hell even vehicle accidents on their land went way down. Really, why not put up gates? Not to mention it's privately owned. The only real difference between your back yard and their land is 10,000 acres. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guessing that you probably wouldn't be really happy if a bunch of people started camping in your yard, shitting in your bushes, driving through your flower beds (because #I need a cool pic for Instagram), and dumping their garbage in your driveway.

Here's some fun reading about an area fairly close to where I live. Post 47 is the response from the landowner.

Just got my first Tacoma three days ago after owning wranglers for 10 years and so far im loving it.
Just installed some LED backup lights, LED interior lights and a Tyger T1 roll-up tonneau cover
Next on my list is Bed lighting, Locking Tailgate, new headlight bulbs as mine only came with LED running lights and hopefully more fun stuff like rock sliders and skids

What LED interior lights did you go with? Also, how’s the brightness? I’m feel like some LED’s are way too bright and oftentimes just burn out quickly.
