Third time's a charm. Just installed this OME set with HS 1/4" spacers a few weekends ago. Had one of the coilovers leaking right out of the gate. Noticed it when I removed it to adjust preload. Called ARB and they sent another over right away. Got it installed (for the 3rd time) and she's sitting pretty.

4" up front and 5" in the rear (with tires). 3" up front and 3.5" in the rear from center of hub (tires out of the equation). Running 285/75r16's with zero rubbing issues. Most likely will be doing the cmc anyhow since I think the tire will make contact when tucked in and turned at an angle. Little extra clearance never hurt anyone. Also going to have to play with the compression and rebound to get the ride I'm after. Seems pretty stiff right now with compression at 3 and rebound at 6. The factory fox suspension was very plush. I went over some heavy washboard roads that put me sideways in other trucks with my stock Pro and never even noticed they were there. And I'll have to look into all the threads on how to get rid of the dakar squeak. It has leaf spring isolators on it, so I'm not sure where it's coming from exactly.

Also, I liked the small red accent on the stock wheels, so I picked up some decals to add to these SCS ray's. Subtle, but I like it.

Thanks. It's been a process. Put a @victory4x4 roof rack on last night. Still have some trimming on the factory weather strip to do, but it came out well. I'll get pics up when I can.

At the 15mm preload setting and no weight on the front, it rides pretty stiff. I also have the HD leaf springs in the rear so that's pretty stiff as well since I don't have any weight back there and they are designed to have a constant load of 660 lbs. I can increase rebound to help in the rear, but that's a band-aid. Plan is to remove the 3rd leaf from the top to make it a medium duty leaf pack (per ARB) and get a front bumper and winch installed on the front ASAP to get everything where it should be. I think once that is done, It will allow the shocks to do what they were designed to do and the ride will soften up a bit.

Thanks! Plan on keeping this updated as I make the upgrades. Working with a vendor now to get a better deal on some accessories before buying.

    Front bumper
    Winch
    Factor 55 goodies
    Rock sliders
    Maxtrax
    Interior Molle panels

all ordered yesterday. Hoping some weight on the front end will help. Will most likely be removing one of the leafs out of the rear springs as well.

for sure. Went with victory 4x4. I’ve bought their jcr stuff for my jeep and it was good quality. Good price and their lead times were 20 days instead of 4 months.

So, loading this guy in the back of the truck fixed my rear springs being too stiff, lol. Definitely will be removing the 3 leaf after experiencing what the rear feels like with a load on it.

I was out deer hunting. But when a pig comes along you put it down. No matter what. Had some good cutters on him.

Modified some metal brackets from Homedepot ($1 each for a total of $8) instead of 2 brackets at $50 each. Worked out great and they are rock solid.

Bought the factory bed divider. Have a really cool idea for it. Will post it up when the diamondback cover comes in. For now, if you mount it the way I have in the pics, and lock your tailgate, it can’t be stolen. I tested it and it can’t be removed without lowering the tailgate.

Deciding where to mount the SPOD screen.

    • Option 1: by the A pillar with a good suction cup ram mount.
    • Option 2: above head unit on DMM by taco garage
    • Option 3: between sunroof and overhead panel that houses the map lights/locker/sos/etc.
