    Thank you
I knew there was more to florida.
Those trees look a lot like our giant valley oaks.

My son is in coral springs, we never left the city.
I got outvoted when my idea of something fun to do would be to go to the swamp, take an airboat ride, see an alligator and catch a cottonmouth....

I dont know why everyone else didnt think that sounded like a good time :pout:

One more time while its in between thrashings and still clean.
Up to the lake to excercise dawg, find some driftwood/arrowheads and watch the sunset this evening.

Srry, gotta make up for years of not posting and give the older indigo ink 2nd gens some more love.

You cant see it but there's a nice buck bedded on the far bank.

Searching in vain for interesting trails in Angeles Forest today, but just found a bunch of locked gates like usual.

OK, I fold, the place in my mind is Waipi'o valley, 100% final answer. If I'm wrong you can lock me up with the crazies, but not without a fight because I was totally there last year, in this exact spot.

This is one of those experiences you never forget. Like roaming atop earth's most prominent volcano in hypoxic stupor as twilight gives way not to darkness but to the surreal glow of Kilauea's eruption to the nearby south. Standing there in awe as Earth's greatest observatories sprung to life around us; our conscience split between pondering humanity's purpose and fate, and wondering whether or not I had purchased the damage waiver on our rental jeep... surely greater adventures awaited us tomorrow.
