capa certified hood with scoop...

    just installed an aftermarked hood with the scoop insert from toyota, but it lets a bit of water in when it rains, does the factory hood with scoop do this as well? its not a lot but I see water drops on the plastic engine cover, is there a seal on the factory scoops?

    Little water won't hurt the engine. When I wash my cars, I spray engine degreaser in the engine bay then power wash the inside the engine bay. I just make sure not to hit the alternator & battery for long time.
