We probably have 50+ ladder stands in place at our club consisting of all the popular brands. You can kill a deer out of any of 'em but Millennium Treestands are some of the most comfortable and stable stands we have in our inventory.

Got to be the wettest deer season ever. Even back home ,rain and lots of it , then 16” of snow then more rain . . Hunted New Jersey gun opener this morning :annoyed: friggen rain was ridiculous. Even in a blind only stayed until 11 and never went back in . Fog ,and Chinese water torture in the blind ,couldn’t hear anything. Never saw a deer . Try again tomorrow but rain again. Supposed to be snow by tomorrow night ,that should be better:D

Welcome to TW!! I have several Comfort zone II that I bought from Dicks. $89 each. Platform height is 13-1/2' and the platform goes all the way back to the tree. Very stable.

I think this is the model that replaced the one I have.

Thanks. No, not as much as I should. This past summer I was shooting a fair amount and was actually able to keep all five arrows in the kill area at 15-18 yards. Then things got really hectic and I couldn't shoot as much as I needed. Things have finally settled down, so I am shooting again hoping I'm ready for our late season. That starts Dec 26th.

The bow is a Shakespeare Mancos 50#. Shooting 2018's with three 5" left helical feathers and 100 grain 2 blade Magnus Stingers. Been shooting three under and I really like the consistency. Bow is a lil noisier though.

My 18 year old cousin, I try to help him, he won't listen. I told him several weeks ago he needs to move his corn pile to about 100 yards from his blind instead of the 15-20 yards it is from bow hunting it. Did he? Nope. Yesterday he text me and ask if I had any advice for hunting in the rain. I said sure, shoot them in the neck you either drop them or miss them and you won't have to track it in the rain. 3 big does came in on him and ran off when he adjusted in his chair and it made a noise. I wanted to say they wouldn't have heard you if your corn was farther away but I didn't. Hopefully he learned something and can grow from it. I try to help him but I refuse to go do it for him.

He shot one a few weeks ago with his muzzle loader and found a little blood. I took off work for a little bit and went and helped look for it since I used to hunt where he does. The blood wasn't much but I walked around looking for the deer, the entire time I was there he followed me like a lost puppy. He doesn't understand you actually have to look, it's not shooting and loading them in the truck.

    Rant over, whew.
