That sounds like my 80 series. Every option available, except leather. Somebody knew what they were doing when they ordered that one

    Cool.

I would TOTALLY scoop up truly pristine poverty pack 80.

The other big BIG deal are 200s without nav. I think they're coming up from Mexico. Might be some US market, but I don't follow 200 market.

That's right, the early 100s without nav were/are highly desirable

There have been quite a few 80s changing hands in the $40s this year. Not just dreamers with crazy Asks. I know a couple have been relocated uber-rich people's garages in Vail, etc. TLC4X4 is doing $150K builds on the platform now.

Wow.... 200s without nav? I thought that was standard for US market. That would be sweet to find in a 200.

They've been doing generic restos for a while. But now they are doing the full-on bat shyte crazy crazy stuff.

    Here's Joe Rogan's build

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPg-hlhoa64

There was another one recently that went right back on the market shortly after it was delivered to a customer in NC, IIRC. Nobody knew what happened.

It's easy to spend crazy money fixing stuff.
Heck, on my 93 I wanted to refresh the leather on the steering wheel and shifter. It wasn't cheap. But the work is perfect, and now the two surfaces that I touch most frequently are better than new.
And that's just two little bits on a huge vehicle.

J Ward is making money hand over fist these days. He's got the mega buck Icon branded stuff. And then the Derelict stuff which is just as spendy. None of the resto modded 60/62/80 work is cheap. And he's always done mild restorations and service.
