only two and a half weeks to get a shipping label, glad to see the move really streamlined everything.

 

you have been spoiled by Amazon.

 

When we reopened shop we had inventory of 200+ cables. and were shipping fast.

They disappeared in less than a week, and the supplier, Tactrix, is having issues with their PCB supplier, which created a week of waiting for another inventory shipment.

Glad to see the same people over all the months ready and willing to throw in their 2 cents.


and speaking about Amazon. I buy shipping supplies from amazon all the time. And I wait a week or longer on those supplies to.

 

No complaints here, from an actual customer. Keep up the good work @OVTune !!

They are building more shipping centers to meet the needs. i expect those times to reduce.

 

yea and Amazon makes more in 1 week than my business will in 10 lifetimes. So we are shipping orders, moving kits, developing tunes at a rate that is possible for us.

 

And yet they still can’t keep their “guaranteed delivery” promises. I’ve had multiplied packages arrive later than I was told from Amazon in the past week

 

proximity to fulfillment centers, traffic yada yada its an inexact science. they do pretty good around Atlanta

 

It's a get it to me yesterday world we live in.....people piss and moan unless they get their oompa loompa right now. Gone are the days of patiently waiting I'm afraid.

 

Prime member here and I've yet to get anything as promised, it's always late. In fact what was promised
to be delivered Friday, just got here late last night and we're close to several distro centers.

 

I live 20 minutes from 2 Amazon warehouses and 40 from a 3rd

 

I always get my Amazon prime packages 1-2 days after I purchase, I don't think they'eve ever been late. Must be a lucky one..

In regards to shipping, I haven’t gotten mine yet either. I did send an email asking if I would get tracking info. Didn’t do this to speed the process up but in the town I live in it seems every year when the holiday season comes around packages get delivered to wrong home. So when it gets here it gets here. Would be nice to have it by Xmas week but if not I’ll still have the truck after Xmas. Plus if I get too impatient I’m sure someone is within driving distance that wouldn’t mind me borrowing a cable for 10 minutes even if for a small fee.

So I just tuned my 2020 over lunch with the new 2.0 Beta tune. I didn't drive too much, but I did go to lunch. So far, it feels like a new truck. I can't believe how much better the throttle response is. Totally worth every penny. This is the truck I wanted!

 

Everyday its halfway closer to being done.
