    Thank you so much Kaimana for your kind comments and giving that abandoned cat a loving home.

    To share something about myself, in 2008 my mother was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer 2 years previously, my father was just diagnosed with lung cancer, I was laid off work, my brother's son was in the Marines and had an accident resulting in him becoming a quadriplegic, and the US economy was headed for what looked like a depression.

    My life seemed like a Perfect Storm, Buddy was with me through it all and helped me more than you know to get through it all.

    Pancake got back from the vet late last week, got his balls and claws cut off. Seems to be healing up well, he’s back to himself after 2 days. Still using shredded paper in the litter box so I have to keep him separate from the other two until this weekend.
