    You're welcome.

I have no other pics or vids. Honestly, it is a piece of cake. The worst part of it is keeping the glue off your fingers and waiting for it to dry.

Get some of these: -- Use one to pry open the grab handle covers.
-- Use a 10mm socket to remove both grab handle bolts
-- The grab handle is clipped on to the pillar trim. You can leave it attached or not. No big deal either way.
-- Use your fingers under the upper corner of the pillar trim to pull it inboard. Once loose, pull it up and out.
-- Use the same pry tool to work the speaker grille up.
-- From there is it just gluing the loop tape on. You can trim off the three little nubs on the side of the grille to help with the bonding. You can also use other glue, but be sure it doesn't get soft with heat.
-- Also while you're in there and if you have a non-automatic HVAC system, put a spot of glue on the round sensor cover on the grille.
-- The grille just snaps back in.
-- Work the pillar trim back in pushing it outboard and down. The pillar trim goes under the rubber flap of the door seal. If necessary, get an extra set of hands to help with this step?
-- There is a slot at the top that you need to align.
-- Fasten the bolts. No need to torque heavily.
-- Snap the covers back on the handle.

Also, the interior plastic is strong and flexible, but mars very easily. So, be careful with the pieces if you mind scratches. They can be removed easily though.

You're seriously awesome and I really appreciate this. You were once in my situation and it shows, haha. After this I have to have my vibrating hood fixed, vibrating passenger seat, and vibrating driver's window seal. :(

No problem at all. I hate squeaks and rattles. Noise, Vibration, and Harshness are great. Just don't make noise doing it.

Yikes though. You have some issues to take care of. Get lots of glue! :D

Ive had the same rattle problem. Mine comes from the passenger tweeter area. Dealership initially replaced my tweeter speaker cover. They said it was a common issue with the covers rattling. Needless to say, it didn't work permanently. Eventually the rattle came back. Recently, I had the dealership change the tweeter cover again because it came loose on its own. (Im guessing the initial service guy broke a tab or two while installing).

The only reason I'm posting this is because the rattle is kind of embarrassing. I recently gave my director a lift and he was really admiring my truck. I just kept hoping he wouldn't notice the insanely wild rattling. It literally rattles with the slightest bump on the road.

I think I will try prying some thin insulation or rubber/neoprene gasket between the dash and the windshield. The rattling seems to stop if I press down on the dash.

I have another rattle. It almost sounds like empty plastic water bottle rattling when I drive. Having hard time pin pointing where it coming from, but my guess is somewhere in the dash/around-behind the radio.

On my 2nd gen, I had to slide a 1/4" piece of fuel hose between the windshield and dashboard and it solved my dash rattle 100%. Had to do the same on my 1st gen Tundra.

I think I finally fixed my dash rattle. Always sounded like it was coming from behind or above the glove box. Previously I added felt tape to trim pieces when I had the dash apart. No joy. Yesterday I took everything out of the glove box and removed the factory shelf and the cover to the cabin air filter. Added felt tape on all contact points and edges. This morning on the way to work, no rattle. Fingers crossed but I think I can regain my sanity now.

The passenger side tweeter/a pillar was the culprit on mine. Had the same rattle on my 2017.
I put a piece of felt in there. Here's a pic of where the felt is (I trimmed it after I verified this would fix it)

I even have a rattle-creak sound form the front passenger side in the cold without the speaker cover. I can't get rid of it and it drives me crazy. I will investigate to see if it is glove box noise.

Mine rattles on the passenger side too when the road is bumpy so I made the radio louder. I really dont like to go back to the dealer unless its a recall or saftey related.

Very easy. Pop off the two covers on the grab handle w a small flat blade, remove the two 10mm bolts then pull out and upwards.

Gezzz man how is you dash still held together ahaha. But seriously I have a 2019 and the same rattle/blown tweeter sound when it's cold on my passenger side. Goes away when the cab is warmed up. Such an aggravating problem chasing cab noise

I had passenger speaker cover rattle on 2017 Sport. Trimmed small piece of thin black toolbox liner, folded and wedged between cover and pillar trim cover and worked it down out if sight with small plastic tool. Can’t see it and rattle has not come back in last 5k miles in varied temps. A small wedge of folded electric tape would probably also work. You will know right away once you wedge a piece of cardboard or something into the gap to test the fix for a few days.

Mine just started doing this a few months ago, it sounds like a petty complaint but it’s super annoying if you drive with the radio off.
