    SOLD

Snugtop Hi-liner, bought used a few years back for my trip to Baja and has seen me through a few moves; hate to see it go, but just had my GFC installed.

Don't want to put it on C/L, so a deal for the Tacoma forums -- $250!

I am in the Redwood City, CA area. You *must* pick up at my residence; you will need a few buddies to lift this, it weighs about 200 lbs.

Just installed new gas struts, locking mechanism should be replaced but is still serviceable. Has sliding side windows, and the front window is slider that also folds down; fully carpeted interior.

By the third brake light there is a scratch, not visible unless you stand on the tailgate.

Around hatch of the frame, you will see additional screw added to the aluminum frame. From the factory the whole window/frame assembly is held in place by a single aluminum rivet on each side -- hit a big bump and one, or both rivets shear off. I did exactly that while in Baja, thankfully only sheared off one rivet. Found a shop in Baja who helped me get it back together and we added three fasteners per side vs. just the one. No joking, it is an improvement -- the singe rivet is a real weak point.

The paint is in excellent shape -- it is a perfect match for my 2012 Tacoma.

The head liner is fully intact and not torn up.

Pics I took just after pulling it off for the GFC install (it is covered with a bit of dirt a debris as we just had a huge storm the day before)

Read the BST rules, the guy was just trying to help a brother out.

I’ll give you 15 minutes to get a picture of it off before you get the standard 3 day BST ban.

Things like caps and bed racks dont need to be off for a sale. Due to storage/delivery - FYI. Or ask a mod if you can leave it on for the sale. @jberry813

Ive asked jberry before, and he allowed it. I guess it depends on the mood.

I'll chime in here: since my shell was indeed already off the truck and since I am unwilling to deliver, makes sense that I should follow the 'pic of item off truck' rule. However, if someone is selling a shell and is willing meet somewhere for delivery, it does not make sense to force them to remove the shell, take a pic and then put it back on for delivery. FWIW, when I bought my shell (used), the seller and I met at a truck accessory shop, roughly a 50 mile drive for us both, where the shell was swapped on to my truck. I'd imagine that is a fairly common scenario.

Would be great if the mods can add some clarity on this.
