Installed my new tires and leveling kit. Also removed that little "skirt" on the front.

Let us know how you like that winch. I've been meaning to pick one up but have been a little skeptical.

I've got the bed rug with the OEM cover and Matt Gecko's LEDs and absolutely love the setup!

It took us a little over 2 hours to install with the two of us. Definitely let the box warm up a bit inside before stretching the fabric on. I watched a video and followed the instructions went smooth.

The bed rug doesn't hold moisture. I've had mine for a two Winters with no issues. As everybody knows the factory cover leaks along the sides so the bed rug does get wet, but it dries quickly and doesn't smell.

Thank you! It was a tough decision and I only buy certain things from Harbor Freight. This and their 12k winch have stellar reviews. I bought a 1 year warranty. Anything goes wrong just swap it out. I don't wheel alone, so therefore didn't feel the need for a $1000 winch. One day I'll get a better winch and throw this on something else. Cheers BOB!

Installed my rear speakers, in the rain! Never got pictures of it, just want to get it done. Also installed my new TRD shift knob. Just need to make a topper to finish off the boot.20191210_083521.jpg

Would love to know how well the winch holds up. Sometimes cheap price doesn't mean cheap quality.

Most winches these days are china made. My first budget option was Smittybilt. The two look very similar.

    absolutely beautiful!

it looks like the new one doesn’t hang over the tailgate at all. Is there a rod across the bottom back? Can you explain this? Maybe a picture with the back 1/2 open? Would be greatly appreciated. TYIA

I love mine too, the only problem I have found so far is that snow builds up between the topper and the cab. You can push it out with a brush, but still annoying sometimes.

How easy were your side panels to install? Mine was a pain in the ass, but it was about 30 degrees out when I installed it.

I learned 28mph is the lowest speed for cruise control. Just because.

I also am curious about the "check charging system" display when the ignition is on without engine (two presses of the button). Anyone else ever see that?

Yes, it doesn’t like you to have it “on”. On this mode, it is discharging the battery a whole lot faster than on accessory mode, so it’s not happy

    Mods? Yes.
Just like in other cars when you turn the key to "ON" it's just indicating the battery is not being charged because the alternator is not running. Just so happens to be more blaring in our trucks
