What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

They make these for girls when camping, my wife declined my offer to get one for her though lol.

 

I got one for my wife/daughters as the last snow even was not so pleasant for a$$es accidentally touching the cold snow, because snow is cold, and then the immediate lurch to stand up causing areas of clothing that aren't desirable to be soaked, then sit back into the truck... yeah...

how did the LCA bushings look with the maxed bolts?

Mine have been great after trimming and adjusting them.

 

The guy that burnt his oven and nearly his kitchen down did it because he put towels in the oven with the headlights, lol.

They are fine. Look brand new in fact.

No pictures, but I went out and helped some friends drag an elk off the mountain tonight. I helped gut it and load it into their truck. My truck was used as a mule and light source.

 

Mounted these, bringing back my old look finally. Still gotta wire them up though.

Because that’s how I originally had them with my old billet grill. I def will be killing the output and pattern a little bit but I was still always surprised how much light actually shown through with the old hid’s.




Will still be a ridiculous improvement over the stock headlights off-road. Once I get the glare shield built for the the light bar I’ll have a solid balance between distance and flood.

And to be fair, this mod is a nostalgia mod for me more than anything.
