    EDIT: My truck is at the dealership right now. It was being finnicky about shifting into 4H. Sometimes it would take 10 seconds, other times 30, I waited for a solid minute once where the light was just flashing at me (while moving slowly at 10-15 mph). Last straw was when it didn't want to go into 4-LO, it just sat there and beeped at me until I put it back into 2wd and tried again.

    I'll let you know what happens. I can always bring the outback with blizzaks if the snow isn't too deep :anonymous:

    They didn't find anything. They said everything was working perfectly when they put it on the lift.

    Which doesn't surprise me at all. They tested it with basically no load under ideal conditions.

    Yeah, I've had issues several times with it not shifting into 4H while driving at 10-15 mph. I'm thinking the 4H to 4L issue was due to software programming, and putting it in neutral after flicking the switch instead of before.

    It's still shifting a lot slower than I feel it should. Would be good if one of the other 3rd gen guys could take a look at it on the weekend to see what they think.


    I'll do that if I want to change my username to Rusty /s

    I just found out that the 3rd gen ORs don't have a factory recovery point... Not super happy about that.

    Do you want to add that there's an alternate convoy meet up point at Jeanne Hansen community park for those further north (also at 8, leaving at 8:15), and that both convoys will be meeting up at the Enumclaw Safeway before heading to greenwater?
