One up him and go for a vesa mounted monitor and a PC...or raspberry pi. That's my plan at least. Work bench and a swivel arm mounted monitor and a PC or pi to be able to Google/YouTube stuff on

My thought was for an iPad. I stream music in my shop and I usually just put it on my work bench and plug it into the stereo. I may have to build something where I can put my laptop or iPad on to swivel it out of the way.

Thanks. I searched long and hard for a non cheesy plastic POS and finally stumbled across Arkon, which is basically Blues Brothers cop car grade stuff to hold laptops and tablets etc. I got this base:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00LULUYHC?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

    And this holder:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JCW8D38?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

I dont have a tablet but would like one out there and can just swap in the larger holder in the future.

Thanks for the info. I just added it to my Amazon drool list. You know the list of things you want but don't need so you drool over it until you buy it.

What did you use to fill in the cracks in the concrete?

Honestly the prep work wasnt that bad unless you have a previous coating. I blew the garage out, scrubbed with a degreaser, rinsed throughly, acid etched the floor ( provided in the epoxy kit), filled the cracks and poured the floor.

Acrylic latex caulk that i bought from the company who sells the coating. It doesn’t completely hide the cracks but id say it covers them about 80%. I purchased everything from epoxy-coat.com

Me and my wife do the monthly fun budget thing and she always gives me shit for “spending” all my fun money on the 1st of the month.

It’s not my fault if I have about 6 lists full of wants! :notsure:

Ugh, so relatable. The truck list, the bike list, the guns and ammo list, the home list.

So organized, like a tool box.

I have one list called Hopes and Dreams.

I've been thinking for some time we need a new option, such as "commiserate" or "the struggle is real" or "fuck that shit" just to reflect the reality that life is not all sunshine and lollipops.

TW did actually have a dislike button for a minute. You can imagine about how well that went.
