Grab you a spacer lift. They can be found pretty darn cheap.

    First, welcome aboard.
Second, that's a highly loaded first post you got there.

A spacer lift is just for looks and has no performance benefit whatsoever. Really depends on your budget and how important it is for you to impressing other people. That's not a joke.

Or he just likes the look of a little higher truck and larger tire and wheel. Nothing wrong with that.

You’re correct, there’s nothing wrong with that. Which is why I suggested the spacer lift. It meets the criteria in his first post (want to lift/just for looks). Nothing wrong with that at all. The way he posed the question though suggests that he did absolutely no research himself and just wants someone to tell him what to buy. 9 times out of 10 when new members ask that same type of question they end up “upgrading” to something else after reading threads and seeing what everyone else has. I’m just trying to make sure he knows what he’s getting himself into. I don’t judge or compare spacer lifts to long travel suspensions. They each have their place and their pros and cons.

I used a 3/2 ready lift (spacer setup) and love it...upgraded the rims to the 17" TRD 4-runner setup with larger tires (285/70/17) BFG KO2's; speaks for itself :)

hahah sorry i did a little bit of research and and decided with the spacers but just wasn't sure and wanted to get yalls input. I came out to a parking lot and couldn't see my truck one day because a odyssey was parked next to me which covered my truck which honestly i was a lil embarrassed. from what i had read the supreme spacers were top of the line but since you guys definitely know more than me about this what would you guys say are good brand for spacer kits. also would want the bigger tires. i greatly appreciate any input you guys can give me. THANK YOU!

I'd go with 5100s and OME coils tbh

Get 5100s and OME coils from @HeadStrong Off-Road , the ride is pretty damn good and they're not as expensive as getting something more performance oriented.

Do the opposite, lower it a tiny bit or keep it "stock" height... but run 35" + tires for the ground clearance. This way you'll have a low center of gravity so you won't roll over and your suspension can actually cycle up and down (not just all up travel for the goons who "lift"). You will have to run fiberglass all around, trim the inner fenders heavily and run full 4.5"+ long travel front and rear. maybe $20k+ or so? But totally worth it.

I also want my truck to look damn near identical. Just for looks, don't do any off roading at all. Where did you get your spacer lift? Did you install it yourself?
