    Wet cold is always the worst. I tell people all the time that the damp Winters in England felt colder than the worst sub-zero spells here in Alaska. The only thing worse is windchill IMGOBO ... I reckon Winter storms on the gulf combine damp cold and windchill ... that's some nasty synergy cold...kinda makes me shiver thinking about it, brrrr.
