    Well FedEx says they could do more if dobinson didn’t have a hold where I can’t manage the delivery, and Dobinsons says it’s FedEx so idk who to believe but neither are being very helpful. It’s just a toss up, gonna just take my lunch late and go home and hope they show.

    That they’re on vehicle for delivery, this is my last attempt to be home they said. I thought the last attempt was, they say a lot of things but what they mean to say is different I’ve decided.

    I'm glad I don't live in a big city. Everyone is in a RUSH to get somewhere at all times. Me? I get stuck behind 2 or 3 school buses and folks doing 10 under the speed limit...o_O

    I've called and had them hold my packages at the nearest Fedex location before. This bypasses the "tried to deliver, but no one was home to sign" bullshit. I just come by after work, show my ID, and sign for the item.

    Hopefully you'll get your springs soon!

    Yea that’s where FedEx says their is some type of hold that Dobinsons has, Dobinsons says it’s FedEx and nothing they can do. If today doesn’t work I probably just get to drive to bham to their holding warehouse, not a huge deal just a pain.

    I got the same answer when I called FedEx to have them hold it at the store. Thought it was stupid, but I understand why they do it I guess.

    On the second delivery attempt (after one of them said it was delivered and me thinking it went to the wrong address) they were delivered 5 minutes outside of their hour delivery window.
