Got it made a while back

 

I've got a set of those I need to install, somewhere.

 

the place has to keep my truck overnight to finish up, which is good so i can inspect in the warmer daylight tomorrow
i am hoping to have a returned Tacoma to rival this one, just an xtracab instead of single cab





+ chrome mirrors

 

impossible. that one is a California truck

 

but my mudflaps are in better condition than those in this pic!
i took them all off to clean the saltspray

 

i just learned that having a non-heated garage in the cold weather states is possibly a huge +++
so that the rot does not sit and cook at night
heck yes!

 

My fix for rust is having a winter beater

 

It’s true. Heated garages cause faster rust unless you hose the underside down every day

 

did I post pics of the 4runner I had where they fixed the rust with spray foam and spray paint? it was glorious

it would make Jay and Tyler cry though

i do have a winter beater, the old Corolla with rusted hole in gas tank
but that car is so low it gets stuck in heavy snow and forget about drifting blizzards driving that car!
when I must go out of town i have to take my Tacoma

 

somebody from Minnesota just posted a rust experiment they did with steel wool and FF and the other product I am trying out
very interesting results they had!

 

I’m not doing the job. My buddy is at his work with a lift lol.

 

How long have you had them I’ve had mine a 2 weeks.

 

strong recommend, really tightened up the steering
