It’s actually getting nice here again

 

Says it’s 23 here right now with a real feel of 7. I know it’s flipping cold out, getting ready to head out and I’m putting on the heavy coat. I need to get some lighter winter boots, my Carhartt work boots weight to darn much.

I mean the chicken lettuce wraps at PF Changs slam pretty hard, I used to never like vegetables 5 years ago but I'm slowly starting to find out if you cook them right they can be delicious. But f*** Tofu and that beyond meat crap

 

Well no luck in NJ or Pa Saw 3 small bucks and around 20 doe combined . Headed home in the morning

 

I don’t eat tofu, don’t like the texture at all. So that’s a tofu burger with other fufu stuff on it? Hard to tell with the color and the all the stuff covering it.

 

Now I can agree the lettuce wraps at PF Chang’s are legit. I like the sauce with them and I add a bunch of the pepper sauce also.

 

yep tofu burger with lettuce, (actually looks like cilantro) purple cabbage? cheese and fried onions?

not a fan of tofu burgers at all. but that one did almost look like a real burger. TVP is not something that should be added either...

 

Ya I’ll take a hard pass also lol. With all the distracting stuff on it it’s hard to tell it’s not an actual beef burger. First taste or likely smell would tell otherwise though.
