Still has to be visible and look like it's in working order. Same goes with the vehicles that are 25+ yrs old or in a non emissions county.

TWSS sent me shiny new speakers for the truck, so I can't get rid of it yet.

But seriously, I told my wife just a few mins ago that it would be silly of me not to get the SxS first before I get rid of my off road vehicle.

Why not have both truck and SxS

Since @Bubbles scored that really clean 1st gen Tundra he has me seriously looking at them again.

I am under the impression that the Taco can pull a Rzr, but has something of a struggle with it.

Lighten your load. They don't weigh all that much. My tacoma does just fine towing heavier loads than a rzr but I don't carry near the amount of stuff you do when I'm towing. A larger truck with more power would make towing easier and probably more enjoyable but it is by no means a necessity.

Not a struggle per se...but not a cakewalk either. Just need to downshift going up grades to keep momentum.

I’d love a full-size but I’ve got no problem towing my rzr with the taco...and my trailer is overkill (heavy) too.

Haha, help me convince my wife to not carry half the house when we go out...

Hmm. Definitely something to consider. I honestly haven't even looked at the weights for SxS or a trailer yet.

In any case, it's going to be a while before I do anything, and whatever I do, it will be really hard to actually get rid of the Taco.

I pull my boat to Columbia all the time. She isn’t light. I downshift before going up hills and have an Ultra Gauge to monitor trans temps. The 5.7 in the sequoia does a much better job, but the taco will do it. Towing the boat the Tacoma and Sequoia get the same MPG. I towed the boat from Charleston, SC all the way to Erie, PA this summer with the sequoia. I wouldn’t attempt that with the Taco.
