    We ship on average 1,100 orders a day. I'm glad to check a specific order with an order number, however!

    OK, thanks for checking

    Yesterday AM I requested a cancellation of the order. I received an email stating that the refund was processed and it gave me a copy of my credit memo. I didn't see a credit so I logged into my account on TRS website. On there, the order status says "Complete" and it says "Shipped to": <my name>.

    When I click on "Return" it says "A RETURN IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS FOR THIS PRODUCT, OR THIS PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN INVOICED."

    ...I was trying to determine if the order actually shipped even though I requested a cancellation or did the cancellation go through and the "complete" status just means that the order is closed (and I should be expecting a refund to show up soon).

    Thanks for the update. Would it make any difference to get the unit ship out asap if I get white fog light sets instead of the backorder amber fog lights? Or is switching the fog lights not possible?

    Amber fogs are in stock, but will need to wait for the headlights since we open the headlight box and put the fogs in there. Saves us a good bit on shipping since we cover that. :)

    Yesterday there were 46 sets on backorder. Not sure how many orders that is. Could be 2, could be 46. The system I use doesn't have that info, it's held in a different system.
