Ah. You only have a little less room to work with.

Plan on redoing mine in the next few months. Lockable storage is top of list to attain.

I built one for a friend who left the seat backs on. But he would need to bolt the fold down part back on to use the seats again.

Very nice!!! I've been thinking about doing something like that, I don't need the jump seats.

This is mine, made out of 1/2" King starboard, marine grade. Its not complete just yet, I still need to cut out access in the lower panel for storage. Ill also be adding some track for tie off locations.

Wow, beautiful work! I want to do something similar, removing seats from my access cab, but use the “foot well” volume for enclosures for shallow mount 10” subwoofers. Max interior cargo, max bass!

Very cool! I did a similar thing for my Mazda5 Minivan after removing the 3rd row of seats. Nice work!

Now this is awesome! Makes me rethink the four door trucks! I always ignored them as I never needed the back seats! Thanks for sharing!

Love the work and I am totally about to plagiarize your work. What is your source for the brackets for the hidden cubbies?

This is pretty cool to see, is the wailanle storage space increased at all volume wise?

if wailanle is available ;) yes - its amazing how much space the plastic panel and seat takes up. Currently the entire MOLLE panel is utilized and we are running a ARB fridge with access to the floor compartments.

Is that your Goose Gear setup, @Sclarpepplar?

The reason I ask is that I got a rear-seat-delete kit from them about a year ago, and I've been generally disappointed in it, especially for the money. I wondered what your experience has shown.

The first part of it was installed by them as I was in the area (the drawers were not finished, despite a lot of preplanning to do it all in one swell foop). The back panel on my setup wasn't straight and aligned. They reported that was due to my Gen 2 DCSB being the first they'd seen without a subwoofer behind the seats and there were some mounting points not present on my truck that would have allowed the back to be screwed down in alignment.

The truck was a *helluva* lot more noisy without the sound deadening of the back panel and the seat cushion and backrest. So much noisier that I've taken out all the stuff, gone back to stock, and and am considering (1) selling the Goose Gear kit or (2) installing it only for long trips and only after installing additional sound deadening mat.

Wow - I am surprised about the fitment issues, they make some great stuff.

The jet engine sound issue I had/have even with sound deadening, but if I crack a window it goes away.
