Just had my ne Eclipse installed

    Finally got all the parts in the mail and got it installed this weekend. All in all it was around $1100 for everything and the install. I had them run the iPod interface in to the center console. Let me know what you think.

    I think I made out pretty good considering the HU retails for $900-$1200 its self. My price included all required extras (iPod cables, dash kit, and JBL modular...etc) and install.

    Well you might be spot on then, I didn't realize the eclipses retailed for that. Nice setup though! :thumbsup:

    Had mine since spring and I love it, still waiting for my SI BM mkIII to come in!! to finish the whole system looks like it will be soon.

    Have you been able to change the welcome screen? Ive looked all over TW and Ive found some threads but none of them have worked. If you have any insite please let me know

    I thouhght about it but I realised that I dont know jack about installing stereos so I left it up to the pros

    I saw some posts on doing that , was way back in the spring, there is also something posted about updating the nav software too that was posted early summer, I have done neither but will prob do so now that summer is over and more time on my hands, i now try to stay away from this exellent forum!! too many ideas on how to spend my cash lol

    nothing to it. a couple of bolts and a couple of wires. it's so easy, a caveman could do it.
