They're definitely 17mm, took a 17mm socket to get them off.

Length on the bolts I'd guess is about 3"? They're pretty wide bolts too

Ha my wife said the same thing. Yeah that's how it fits, it doesn't go up any higher...the bottom mounts are right up against the frame rails. I'll probably go in there and paint that area black so it's not as noticeable

I haven't installed the skids yet but once I do I'll let you know about the Skidrow t-case skid...the AP transmission skid isn't very long so I'm a little concerned it might not cover the t-case, in which case I'll have to keep the skidrow skid on there. But if the AP skid does cover it then I'll give you first dibs on my Skidrow one

Hopefully going to do that tonight

You try putting a bumper on evenly when all 100lbs of it are balancing precariously on top of two 2x4s on a maxed out floor jack :luvya:

My coworker/friend lives down the street and when I told him about it this AM he was like why the fuck didn't you call me? lol. I'm stubborn I guess

after 6 hours, yeah... no seriously, I'll say it again so there is no confusion - looks like he did an awesome job installing it solo. Hell, he beat tyler with getting the bumper on.

yep, the ARB has a little/slight gap as well ;)

Oh don't worry, you'll be able to tell me the same shit once I finally get myself a bumper and install it on my own as well :boink:

Funny you mention that about your friend; I had the same shit happen yesterday!

My friend texted me out of nowhere yesterday, telling me about his new reloading dies and whatnot (it's been 2 weeks or so since we last talked). He sent me pics of his new automated Dillion 650 and all. Anyway, I told him I'm moving and just signed up my lease yesterday; he asks if I need help

Told him I did but no thanks lol got the sectional in yesterday which was the heaviest piece that'll get moved in.

I'm pretty damn sure I'll run into a fitment issue; I'm looking forward to, and at the same time, not looking forward to, installing an aftermarket bumper.

They all have a 'gap'. whichever one you decide to go with I'm sure will be fine. I bet @bartmaster can install it :anonymous:

    FUCK YES

Co worker made me peanut butter+chocolate chip banana nut bread.

She seriously makes the absolute best banana nut bread ever, but she adds PB and Chocolate just for me and it's fucking delicious.

The gap isn't what I'm referring to.

I mean shit not lining up lol it was a bitch and a half getting my rear TG bumper on, but it had more to do with the contacting surfaces of the frame and rear bumper.

I set that thing on jack stands to get it on as my jack couldn't support the bumper. I recall that being a heavy SOB

Bit of rubber baseboard trimmed to fit helps that nicely

yeah that rear bumper would be impossible to balance on a floor jack, luckily the AP front bumper was flat on the bottom so it would balance on there if I set it on just right

In other news it looks like OVTune finally released a vid of the twin turbo 3rd gen they've been building
