I've been breaking my truck wheeling it hard. Just replaced my 2nd driveshaft with a 1-piece today.

I only had to figure out which flange and the length from one flange to the other. In my case it was the T4 flange and flange-to-flange distance was 68 and 11/32".

I've put nearly 10 miles on it and took it up to 88 mph. Butter smooth. I'll upload pics of clearance when I'm done screwing around. Needless to say, it's a perfect fit and easier to handle than the stock one.

Technically, yes. Less drivetrain loss with a single piece. :anonymous:

If it was light weight aluminum one I could see that being a possibility cause I had a light weight shaft in my mustang it made a noticeable difference

A little something every chance we get.
Howdy sir! Well, today was kind of a pain - went to replace wall control and fan module which was full of wife's nicotine and only worked once a month for her. Just put in a standard switch, and a new controller with wireless. The fan was a pain, and I finally had to rig a wire hook, and cut wires short. Three hours later - no dimmer or light control - it's defective. So, it's hanging. Came out to get Amazon to replace it - no internet, AND no phone; check the modem - it's dead. It actually comes and goes, but had been off almost the whole time I was working. Get Spectrum coming tomorrow to replace the damn thing.
So, what was the next task? Install a new wireless printer! Apparently we shocked the modem into intermittent operation (since I am using it), and it's finally on the software install on the Mother machine. Later I might find out if it works!
Other than that, laying low, going to SATX C&C on the wrong Saturday, and not drinking because everyone insists I stop for the time being. Because I went to ER/Hospital and ended up with Congestive Heart Failure. Well, that was a surprise. I was there from Saturday before Thanksgiving until Tuesday, but I didn't die! The catheterization procedure showed 2 of 3 of my arteries were good, the third long gone but grew it's own replacement. Heart intact, but weak from congestion, so no other procedures were needed.
So, nothing much - hope to see you Saturday - been too long.

And a VERY IMPRESSED good on you for this! Sounds like great shit to me, and about time you got something good for your efforts! I knew I should catch up first before I asked how it was going - since I was off so long! :plane:
