Yep. I just have the image showing on my phone (using an app called F-car) when I wheel. At some point I'll upgrade to an Android HU like one of those Dasaitas and run the app on there.

Sold the roof rack. Skids are still available. Also putting my 40” light bar from Extreme LED up soon - single row white lights.

You know lightbar size is not tied to tire size, right? :p

:cookiemonster: Just cant help myself, and I figured if I am out there having fun. I might as well remove any fallen shit that is going to get in the groomers way.

    *Edit*
I should clear up, that this pic is taken on a road. Not a trail. This is an un-maintainted fire access road. Parts of this road eventually gets groomed for an OFSC trail (A112A). Once it starts being groomed, we dont drive on the groomed sections.

Talked to these guys, they stopped me while on their snow machines

'Hey I stopped you in the summer near the Mica mine' Says the very nice OPP officer.

They wanted me to rat out any fresh snow machine trails I had seen in my adventure. They were out giving tickets to anyone caught on their snow machines. No trails are open yet. I gave up the one fresh trail I had seen. :hattip:

Decades ago when I lived up in Bracebridge I was amazed at the snowmobile trails up there, not only trail markers but stop signs, yield signs.
Cops and trail Wardens everywhere ... Ride programs... More patrols and security on the trails, than there was on the roads and highways.

Heard a line up there, that I've never forgotten...
Sitting in the pub one Friday night a tourist come in and yelled out.
"Is the ice on the lakes safe to cross, how do you know when the ice is safe"
Someone pipes up in the back,
"When the tourists stop falling through!"

So I guess when sled season opens 4x4's can't go on those trails any more?

I remember one time up there, we were following a group of snow machines up a trail onto Lake Rosseau at night,
They seemed kinda surprised to turn around and notice they were being followed by a beat up '73 Ford Wagon.
That car was a piece of shit that would not die... fun times.

yeah i believe after december 1st the ofsc takes over they trails they have permission to so anyone using them without a pass is trespassing. Theres a few exceptions though. Hunters and fisherman can use the trails and if theres no other way to access a property you own you can drive down the trails. I believe fishing is the same with no other access and hunting is over dec 31st anyways.

OPP is cracking down on the drinking an riding. It seemed to be somewhat relaxed when i was a kid but its the same rules as driving a car now

still see guys 3 sheets to the wind in the warm up shacks occasionally though

Getting my gf into it and dispite her face in this she enjoys it
