    We had shop manager tell us machinist/programmers were $0.10/dozen he could replace us with a mere snap o the fingers. When I gave notice I slid a dime across his desk n said “here yah go I’m contributing to the new machinists fund”

    The “kid” they got to run my machine crashed it less than a week in. Cost em a bent spindle, so 25k later that $0.10 machinists was worth his weight in beans.
