    I just got back from the vet. My wife’s Pomeranian tried to jump from my recliner to my wife’s recliner and slipped on the launch. She laid on the ground with her front paws stuck strait out, stiff as a board. 325 bucks later, she has a mild concussion but is back to her old self. She has to stay in the crate for a week. I’m in the doghouse because my wife thinks that I “helped” her to fall by pushing her with my foot. I can’t win. I bought her this dog 1 year ago to replace her beloved dog that I killed. It was an accident, by the way.

    Never feed a dog onions, no matter how much they like them. It will lead to renal failure and it isn’t pretty. By the way, you should get a dog. It will love you even if you didn’t have a truck.

    Yikes. Sorry about the dog and wife drama. I've never known about onions so that's a good bit of information to know. Never really let our animals eat any significant amount of people food (at least knowingly). Our cat on the other hand likes Mexican food and I'm terrified he'll steal a lick of one of our hot sauces...that's a disaster waiting to happen.
