Just to be clear 4.5 back spacing is the preferred BS for this kit correct? Just got my shocks but pretty sure my rims are 3.5 BS and I'm having the shop order and install 1.25" spacers

3.5 BS is what I currently run, with 4.5 I had major rubbing issues when offcamber.
Spacers subtract from BS, adding a 1.25" spacer to a wheel with 3.5 BS will end up with a wheel with a functional equivalent of 2.25" BS.

I have 4.5 bs and have about 1/2in clearance between tire and shock at full stuff.

Well then consider me confused then since the destruction write up says may need wheel spacers :rofl: I also dont understand like any offroad math

Higher BS means the inner edge of the tire is closer to the shock. A spacer reduces the BS and pushes the tire outboard.

Depending on how your kit is setup you may be fine with current setup or may need to add a spacer/decrease backspacing to prevent tire rubbing.

You should be just fine with that. You may scrub a tiny bit when one side is stuffed and the other is drooped but not worth getting spacers Imo

Might be a stupid question but if I run the spacers in the rear should I run them in the front? Or is it kind of a personal preference thing?

Personal preference. Personally I’m running 2” spacers in the rear to clear the shocks, and 1.25” in the front to clear my ucas. I wanted minimal poke up front to minimize the amount of tubbing I had to do for my tires.

Very much preference, but making the front wider than the back will help (slightly) with turning radius.

Getting mine installed first week of next year, what rear shackle/hanger combo is recommended to get the most out of this setup? Assuming stock isn't up to snuff/my Dakar HD leafs are known to chew up the factory ones.

That’s just a Dakar thing. You’ll want to cut the second leaf back about an inch to avoid it getting jammed up in there.

I figured I would have to do that as well, but aside from that the stock will be fine ?

They’d be fine, but it’d still be a nice upgrade to switch to archive garage hammer hangers or bamf hangers.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You will get the most benefit replacing the shackle. Ditching that loaded bushing on the factory shackle helps a lot. The hangers just tighten everything up with the added rigidity and the impact protection.

You can also buy oem shackles with no bushings, and energy suspension makes poly bushings to put in them. That’s what I’m running, about a $40-$50 set up. I can get you a part number if you’re interested in the route.

Anyone running this on a 3rd gen OR with stock wheels, Dakars and 255/85r16? I like my pizza cutters/stock rims don’t want to swap wheels Or run spacers.

Just blew my Christmas wad on your relocation kit. Going to run some tuned 12” King smoothies but won’t be for a while till I can get this kit burned on. Bummer that I missed your KILLER sale a couple months ago but the timing just wasn’t right for me at the time I guess.

looks like an incredibly solid product with a killer value price point. Thanks guys. Can’t wait to toss these b110 out and put some shiny long bois in there on beefy mounts.
