I recently install bilstien 5100 set to 0 and ome 2884x coils to my truck 2006 4x4 extcab 4 banger. install was fairly simple with thanks of taco world, i was trying to gain 2 inches of lift to level out front end a bit but the coils lifted truck 3 1/8 inches. as i understand the coils will settle down lowering the front a bit. does any one know after how long and how much lower it will be?

Iam also trying to figure out which way to go. i want to lift the back end about 1-1.5 inches so was planning on a add a leaf pack. Can someone steer me in the right path? choices are

    DEAVER 1.5-2 INCH ADD-A-LEAF

    HEADSTRONG 3 LEAF PROGRESSIVE ADD-A-LEAFS WITH U-BOLTS

    ICON 1.5 INCH PROGRESSIVE ADD-A-LEAF - 51100
or are they all pretty much the same ? would like to purchase the best pack, thanks to all for any input and information..

Best option will be a new leaf pack. I am guessing that your leaf pack up a pretty flat or inverted being a 2006. Any AAL (single or progressive) will be a bandaid solution and temporary.

An aal is much cheaper than new leaf packs if cost is a concern. I just done the deaver aal yesterday on my 2014 from Headstrong. It Took around two hours for me to install. It did firm up the ride a little bit but nothing I would consider harsh or crazy, lifted the rear right at 2 inches, and so far no driveline vibrations.

is there a replacement leaf pack you would recommend brand wise, or are they all pretty the same? Only looking for 1-1.5 of lift?
