Thanks. Will probably try what you did first and see how it goes. If i'm happy with it, Great! If not then I'll look into that other options posted like powder coating but it seems like your way should fit the bill.

Hey y’all I ordered spartanxcustoms 3color low beam and high beams. Well when he shipped them he put 2 low beams in my box instead of low and high. If you want I can give you the other the set of lows and have him send you an invoice and you can have them now instead of waiting. If you don’t know what these are he is on Instagram just look up spartanxcustoms. I have yet to install them due to work schedule but I will be installing them this weekend. Let me know. They are $149 and they fit low beam and fogs on the 3rd gen and fogs only on the second gen. The pictures are what he sent me for the fog cut off vs Baja fogs

I have a set of OEM fender flares from an 01 xtra cab if anyone is interested. I bought them from a fellow TW member for my 1999 but it's not a direct fit. I need to offload them
