Meso, Is that a SDHQ steering wheel? Or did you source it from somewhere else?

 

yes the black oval thing in picture 1. It’s made to fit into the stock mounting holes of the airbag and have a recessed lip to make whatever logo/sticker is desired.

It is the same one SDHQ sells, but I went straight to the guy that does it for them.(they don’t make them in house)

Good point @MESO; it def does enter the realm of DYI Sketchy (at least for me)...I would probably have to pass on it just for the level of work.

MGM isn't showing on website as an available color as of yet...do you think it will be available on the first launch of colors?

 

Yes we will. Slowly getting everything prepped and ready. Will update website this week.

That color in those pictures is actually MGM. But black will be available too.

 

the R4T letter might not fit an OEM grille. Still tbd if anyone has tried it

 

How is it that the mod master is still slumming stock radio knobs?

 

It’s probably that pro sitting in the bay. I think @MESO has his custom lower dash switch panel, that one doesn’t.

 

Any cav blu owners who only want the 4x4 and start ring?

I have an sr5 2wd, so I dont have pushbutton or 4x4 knobs but I only need the cupholder surround.

These are the ones I'm eyeballing. I think it would look great up against the black as well. I also, think it would be a close match to my "TACOMA" wording on my Coin Bucket lid as well as a close match to my seat covers.

By the way, thanks for that replacement part for my dome lights. Made it to SC in a day and a half. It was so much easier to install than the spring. Thanks man.

@MESO...this one is minor in comparison to the work that's being done/in process here but figured ask for thoughts on the chrome key hole/lock on the glove box lol
