    My uncle’s neighbor is apparently a big Toyota guy. The 3rd gen in the back is sitting on icon wheels and 33’s, and there was a third taco sitting there earlier.

    I have a bunch of friends from college that moved back to the valley. They all live like kings comparative to those of us who went to larger metro areas and they have the same jobs. A buddy of mine is a coach and teacher in McAllen and he has a house like a mansion. I have always heard great stuff about living down south.

    That house on the right would probably be $600K where I live BUT it would be on @ least half an acre. I live on .5 of an acre & it's way too small & too close to neighbors for me. No way could I live on a zero lot-line like that. I dislike dealing w/other peoples nuances people too much to be living that close to them!

    I have a bunch of friends from my hometown that all commute into Houston everyday 80+ miles each way just so they can have better acreage and less taxes. It's not bad if you don't mind living part time in your vehicle.
