Not today, but last week I installed a new Head Unit. Huge upgrade from the stock unit.

Gave it a bath! The weather has sucked the last few weeks. Finally 58 and sunny today!

If you use a heat gun it will conform to crazy curves. Quite a few videos on YouTube about it, search headlight or tail light tint.

By the way, did you find a source for very small amounts of colored tint? The smallest I could find was 1'x4'.

It has a 2" suspension lift, 285/75R16 tires, and was rusty years ago. The removable top has been eliminated, the top of the tailgate and top of the "bed" have been reshaped and sealed with steel, the rear bumper and push bar are custom, the rusty roof was replaced with a roof off of a Tercel (remember those late '80's Tercels with the tall roofs?, good luck finding a good 4Runner roof) that has a fairly large moonroof to see the desert's stars, it's a SR5 model, 22RE, 5 speed, and my friend Paul did all of the work years ago. The truck just had a shit ton of work done to it (rear differential seals, heater core, heater control cable, rebuilt factory power window switches, passenger power window regulator and motor, entire new AC system, I'm forgetting stuff). My friend Tony of Lifestyle Garage did the mechanical stuff and I did the heater core and electrical repairs. It's amazing how well that Raptor bed liner has held up. Here's another picture of it and the person that crashes it in a minor manner (lol).

The front hitch is used to launch boats into the river.

Cut my wind fairing, built some brackets and got the Baja designs 40” S8 mounted up. For anyone curious the cut is 42.5”x1.75”.

So few weekends ago I did @crashnburn80 brake upgrade

    20191207_143331.jpg

    20191207_182821.jpg

After several bed in runs they were biting then I developed a nice squeel so I spent today taking it a part and removing the crappy grease Napa recommended with some more high temp stuff

    20191215_141938.jpg

I also spent 8 hrs in the rain on Friday man handling this new rtt

    20191213_101106.jpg

After several scraps, swear words, having to warm my hands a few times it was secured.

And the next day I opened her up to this

    20191214_164051.jpg
    20191214_164553.jpg

If you look closely at the back rear siding of the prinsu cap rack...it looks like twisted Swiss cheese. I might have got a little overzealous with ratchet and not paying attention to where my supports were.

Busy weekend to say the least.

Oh and I installed christmas lights on the truck.

Note for street legal compliance on Christmas lights, they must be white/yellow/amber, multicolored is technically not legal. :)
