I have been wanting to do the entire ceiling in Velcro. I have a lot of patches and I want to have them more secure. The way I have them now is weak and the ceiling is not fuzzy type fabric. Is it possible to change the ceiling to a Velcro material? What would be involved? Thanks guys!

I would but I pitched the fuzzy sides of all of them (which I now regret) and then I thought what if I could do a fuzzy Velcro sheet but I want it to look less cheesy than that, which made me think of redoing the ceiling cloth interior. Though may be a big job.

Does your hair stick to the velcro? That would be my worry since me head almost touches the roof in the drivers seat.

its a pain, the velco sheets are too thick i ended up only doing the rear half of the truck, you would be surprised how contoured the ceiling is, i used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FM967F2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072K5XLPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for install. otherwise you have to pull the headliner and have another material installed, and i found through searching you have to remove the windshield to pull the headliner.

I got patch mats and used t-pins to hold them on the ceiling. It’s not the cleanest look but with all the patches, you can’t tell.

I use 1.5" pins in the corners of the patches. Holds great and can be removed later.

Haha, I’ve been thinking about this for quite awhile. My plan is to wait for @MESO to do the sunroof Molle rack, then do Velcro on part of it.
