    Well, my mentors from other jobs and now in other areas of my life had been talking about always reading and growing. "Personal development".

    So, the easiest, fastest way for me to develop a personal growth/development plan was to enroll. The professors pick the subject matter, books, etc. I buy em, read em and grow.

    We have been doing it for 15+ years. I think my mom and crazy aunt are the only ones who would like a change. We have a $20 or $25 “limit” on stuff but I think every spends a little bit more.
