I got it awhile back and cannot remember for the life of me how many miles were on it. I got the adapter and somehow thought I could just throw it on. I completely felt like an idiot when I realized the other half of the intake didn’t mate up. I think I have it sorted now with an FJ intake (more to follow). If I had to guess it is over 100k on the TB. I got it fairly cheap on eBay. Around $60 I think.

I’m gonna have an extra NST WP pulley for sell soon. There is nothing wrong with it and it’s anodized grey. I’m just swapping out for the anodized red bling factor

when i measure the front and rear u-joints on the rear driveshaft should they be 3* out from each other? im wondering if my drive shaft is one spline off.

 

I assume you mean at the slip joint. It sounds logical that this could happen but that would mean your slip joint is 120 splines. I guess you are still having vibes. I know that sucks but if it was balanced like that then leave it.

I also don’t buy into flange placement on the diff or transfer case. It isn’t balanced on them and shouldn’t factor as well.

How about wheel/tire balancing causing the vibes.

 

i do need tires rotated. im at my 5k. this is something else. i get a shutter on 0-10mph and i can hear somethings out of balance at higher speeds. had my trac bar installed saturday. very rigid now, driveline angles near perfect. the trac bar seems to have things stiff enough to transfer harmonics. i dunno.

Purchased a magnuson s/c without tuner. They don't include carb EO. Weird request but anyone not in CA, did you happen to purchase the bully dog tuner option and have the left over CARB tag D-488-40? I just need it for visual inspection here in CA.. please help

 

If you are referring to the sticker then you have to email/call them to get the CARB sticker. They don’t automatically include it.

 

If he bought it with out the tuner kit they will not give him a sticker. They need the serial number from that bd tuner. I would give you mine but I had to use it. Maybe someone here who bought a kit with the tuner who doesn’t need the carb sticker can lend you the serial #.
