Coolant replacement happens once every 5-6 years. Filter cleaning might be more frequent depending on how dusty your trails are.

Drove an hr out to XO Fab in Enumclaw WA today to pick up a slider kit that I bought for $160 on Black Friday. I am going to weld the tubing and paint or powdercoat.

Before jumping on this deal I couldn't find 1 3/4 x .120 dom tubing 80" for anywhere close to this price.

I'm a beginner diy. Cant to see how this turns out.

Better picture minus the OR stickers. White balance is way off though. The LED’s are far more white in person. Stupid iPhone.

Ya I can see it looking good with cement. But not so much with the storm trooper look I have going on(didn't plan it that way, it just sort of happened.) But maybe the solid black ring may be a bit too intrusive and not flow with the lines as well as it does from white, to chrome, to charcoal/metallic

Forget the powder coat and go with POR15...best stuff in the world. I put 4 coats on mine and then sprayed it with bed coating to give it some texture. You'll dent your tubes before any will flake off.

That's and awesome idea, my trim color coating is all ready starting to rub away from where I rest my leg, and I only bought it new in May. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the coating.

I did that for my pointy elbows. Never crossed my mind to do it for my boney legs. Great idea!

Thanks! I actually saw this “cheap mod” on one of the other TW strings a few weeks back. I didn’t expect a lot for $6 or even know it I’d want to use the thing once I got it but surprisingly it actually really does match the interior, it’s good quality and it serves a solid purpose for what I needed.

Not sure why someone decided it would be a good idea to attach a bed to a CRV......gross.

Has anyone changed their horn? I'm not sure about anyone else but mine sounds weak and sometimes when I lock/unlock and the horn does the double beep, its distorted on the first beep. Almost like it's not getting the full signal. Weird I know but I bothers the shit out of me. Anyone else had this problem?

Oh man this makes me cringe. What a beautiful taco. I hope the insurance pays for everything and gets it back to new. That's like my dream truck I'm probably gonna get one very similar when I pay mine off. Voodoo blue Trd pro is my absolute favorite tacoma. Good luck brotha!

I concur, I did this, and didn't realize how much more comfortable my knee was. Simple and cheap.
