    got my shipping notification this morning, says it was dropped off at 430 pm today. says it will be delivered today. I'm skeptical , but wont be disappointed if that happens (its only shipping from 2 hours away)

    Edit: went from 2 hours away in Bristol to 3 hours away in Greensboro haha shipping companies.

    That's been done already.

    He is getting all the orders together to ship before he closes for the holidays.

    I got my reg in 1 day, that was before he was rushing to get the orders shipped.

    I got my 4.88 gears installed. I can't say a whole lot more about the FOB but it still fits and the truck pulls even harder. Yes it chirps the rear wheels too much.

    OVtune, ADM, Hurst Short Throw.
    So I'm hoping to have OVtune by the time FOB 2.0 is released. And I was wondering if it is important to have a fresh windows pc available. I understand that once you flash your truck off of a certain PC you can only use that PC.

    I have a Windows laptop but it is not the fastest.

    Also I have read some posts in this thread talking about tactrix cables and some other software perhaps to update the base Toyota tune? Do I need that stuff? And is it important that I check the stock ECU flash I have and update it if needed? My truck is a 2019 so I wouldn't think so.

    I just got my kit and set up. I had an issue where when I would run the p5flash utility and it would just close, no error, just close.

    I found one other instance of this which the solution was "I dont know, i just did it different and it worked"

    I would like to clarify for anyone else having this issue.

    When installing the OVtune cable drivers (tactrix), at the end of the install it asks if you would like to install "blah blah" The button on the left is YES, install. The button on the right is DONT install.

    Well, if you look, DONT INSTALL is highlighted. I didn't look, I just hit enter. At the end it tells you it installed correctly, and it did. You said DONT and it didnt.

    I reinstalled the cable drivers and chose INSTALL and it worked fine.

    The symptom of this problem: In the p5flash utility, at the top of the drop down box, it will be BLANK. If it is BLANK, you do not have the drivers installed correctly. Trying to hit identify will close p5flash, or show not responding.

    I hope this helps someone else in the future.

    I'm idling the truck now with 1.05 FOB, anxious to try it out!!!!
