    How involved do you want to get??

    Check first and make sure there are no obvious rub points.
    You can try just spraying them off with a pressure washer and useing some spray lube (Dryeflon type to avoid dirt issues) or
    You can jack it up and loosen the ubolts and centering pin....lube between springs after cleaning it out. You can also put rubber bike tube or heavy duty rubbing matting between the springs.

    Welcome to the club...the squeaky leaf club. Been battling this issue myself since replacing my stock parts 4 months ago. I can tell you what doesn't work...

    white lithium grease - BAD, really bad. The stuff just keeps getting gunked up with all sorts of dust, etc.
    PB 50 from PB Blaster - worked so-so but wore off quickly. After multiple applications it started getting nasty too.
    WD-40 - will work (or so I've heard) but will most likely eat the friction pads. Solve one problem, cause another...
    DuPont Teflon Multipurpose Lubricant - undecided on this one. Only had it on the leaf packs for a few days.

    I just cleaned everything out this last weekend and have noticed a vast improvement. Squeaks are still there but much less noticable now. Be prepared for a couple of hours of cleaning. I also applied the DuPont Teflon spray after cleaning/drying everything.

    Step 1 - jack up read end of truck to relieve the pressure on the springs.
    Step 2 - Rinse off the leaf packs.
    Step 3 - pry each leaf apart and pop out the friction pads.
    Step 4 - Scrub, scrub and scrub some more - in between the leafs, top and bottom too. I had to use rags and a wire brush to get rid of all of the gunk between the leafs. Hot water and lots of Dawn soap and/or Simple Green will help break up any residue on the leafs.
    Step 5 - rinse, replace the friction pads and let everything dry.

    the time estimate was newbie speed ;). Once you've done this whole process once you learn a few tricks. FYI - the friction pads on the Wheeler's leaf packs are different sizes. The top, front pad is different than the rest. Learned that the hard way this last weekend. Bad idea to pop all of the pads out at once. Live and learn.

    How's it going...well, still cruising through life with a squeaky rear so same old same old.
