What size tires and which transmission do you have?

There's a tire calculator on this forum at the bottom of this page.

Nothing good, lol. I just started building it a few weeks ago. The gearing is still stock. 4.88's will be installed within a couple months. The tires are 37's and mine has a automatic transmission. I've driven it less than 100 miles.

37’s I’d for sure go 4.88. I’m stick to 35 and thinking 4.56 because I don’t spend much time flexing. Mostly on pavement and some dirt roads

Manwithoutaplan do you have any problems going camping loaded down with family/friends or gear? Towing? Towing up hill? Passing people up hill? Do you have armor?

    That tire is 34.4" & he has 4.56 & a manual trans. = 2140 rpm. @ 60 mph. From what I'm finding, if you're running 35'' W/ an auto. you'd need a 4.88 = 1968 rpm. @ 60 mph. & still won't be geared as low as his W/ the manual trans. From the calculator I'm using, your 35" tires W/ auto & 5.29 gear = 2133 rpm. @ 60 mph, He'll still be barely lower where he is with his 34.4" tires W/4.56 & manual trans.

I gots’em and couldn’t be happier. 3in lift full armor load range E 285/75/17 heavy tires and it pulls harder than it did when it was completely stock. Rpms a little higher on the hwy but I avg 15.5-16 mpg same setup with 3.73 was 13-14.

Sorry to take so long. I do not have any issue when towing. I can notice when i have a bunch of shit in the back but with the gears there is no lag or anything. I can zoom up hill passing people. I have about 200 lbs of arm in front including and winch and about 150 lb of a rear bumper. fvbZwkEmiw4xagNZ4xXAjzNzmrLWt44ZgWm-MHex_f1282da9a42aae5dd3c5b6011003cd1b39a4fb26.jpg
