I did the RC 3” with the lifted strut option and 2” blocks. I also did SPC UCA’s. I’m running 285/70/17 no rub whatsoever. It works for me!!!

Good looking truck. Did you have to do the cab mount chop? What are your alignment numbers for caster?

No CMC not sure on my numbers I’ll have to go through my files, but the SPC UCA have 2’ caster without adjustment. I haven’t had to worry about springs sagging/setting either since it’s a fixed lift. Rides good, handles good too, barely any bumpsteer.

Yeah I agree she helped me out a great deal. I did a lot of research as well prior to buying my suspension and there are a lot of preferences on TW but ultimately its up to you and what you plan on doing with your truck. I added some weight up front on my truck so I am going for a 5100 solution based on what I was experiencing with my truck when I went to larger wheels and tires plus it was within my budget. Once its installed and I get to try it out I will determine if it suits my needs or maybe I need to explore another option but from what I have read it will more than likely work based on how I am going to use the truck in the future and as a DD.

The first shop I spoke with wanted to sell me a spacer lift and for the price they quoted it just seemed like going to suspension would be a better option even if I have to wait a while to either install it myself or have it installed. There are portions of the upgrade like the ECGS bushing and other things that I might not have the time, tools, or extra set of hands to tackle so I am in limbo at the moment.

So what do you want putting aside all the personal preferences on TW? Once you answer that then seek out the best advice, lessons learned, and experience from other people based on that decision.

You could go dobinson also, not mainstream go too. But contact @Crikeymike he’ll answer any questions. I have the dobinson struts and shocks med springs and 2inch blocks in the back to install. If I don’t like the blocks in the back I’ll change out for the leaf pack.
