Interior door handle

SR / SR5 envy strikes again.

 

Anybody do this mod yet? Debating to buy black ones or paint my chrome ones myself. My interior is all blacked out except for these handles.

 

So the two different part numbers are for driver’s side and passenger’s side, I’m assuming. Are the part numbers the same for the front and rear handles on the same side? In other words, if I have a 4 door Tacoma and want to buy all 4 black interior door handles, I would order two of each of those part numbers? Thanks!

 

You can also buy the vinyl covers from TVD Vinyl here, and spend the extra $ on tacos.

 

Thank you for sharing. That’s a cool idea but I think I, personally, would be happier replacing the chrome ones altogether with black handles.

 

Also, my girlfriend is Mexican. I never have to buy tacos anymore.

 

I ordered a set off of eBay for a hilux, the listing didn’t have part numbers but they came in Toyota packaging. Just searched “inner door handle hilux” I paid like $35 each I think, shipped from Thailand in about a week

 

I'm with you...I'd be interested in doing this as well but I searched YouTube and no vids on how to remove the handles (just this video on removing the entire panel, see below...thinking perhaps the whole panel needs to come off; anyone know?
