I have a 2014 DCLB Sport with 120k miles. Just had the 120k service. I had a 'bouncing, rattle' sound (before the service) when I go over bumpy pavement that ends as soon as I am on smooth pavement. It sounds like the bed is loose, but it isn't. The leaf springs look fine and the rear shocks are not leaking.

I did have the bed quite full of topsoil and drove it around a mile, then unloaded it. Is there any chance that the weight of the soil affected/broke something? If so, what should I look for?

Spare tire moving around underneath. Maybe it needs to be tightened

Do you have a spare tire swinging under your bed? Check the chains to make sure the spare is snug. Also, some people have noticed that the front bed bolts are "loose" but still snug. The sleeve surrounding the bolt rattles. If this is the case, don't chop the metal sleeve, there's better fixes for a sagging bed. Also, you could remove your tailgate and see if the rattles come from your tailgate.

This ^^^^. Mine came loose and rattled like hell until I could find the issue. Finally stumbled across the root cause when I pounded on the bed side with my fist one day. Easy fix.

Do you have anything in the hitch receiver? If so remove it and see if the noise continues.

I have seen spare tires not all the way tight and also random stuff in the tool bins on the bed sides make noise as well.

    none yet
i'd start with what TacoFergie said, check the hitch then inside cubbies and tool boxes if you got one..always start with the simple things first..walk around the truck trying to see what moves when you shake it or touch it

Check the outside plastic wheel liners. The liner on the driver's side of my truck was not secured and it would rattle like crazy when the wind blew. One zip tie, zero rattling.
