I don't see why it wouldn't since it mounts to and below the the top of the existing bed rail that comes with 3rd gens., in fact I'm counting on it. I have an MX4 Cover on mine and that's what I will be doing and where I will be mounting my recovery boards/treads.

Edit: As a point of information it is strongly suggested that when you remove the existing torx screws to mount the accessory rail that you first loosen and break free the torx screws "by hand". If you are using a drill/driver alone you run the risk of either stripping the threads on the inserts or snapping the torx screws. Some sort of penetrating oil is also recommended prior to breaking free by hand since the inserts tend to oxidize due to moisture.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions regarding this just ask. Lots of knowledge on this site by some very knowledgeable folks and most if not all are always glad to help, we feed off each other here. Good luck.:thumbsup:

Well documented here on previous threads and the torx screw removal process should also be noted in your BakFlip installation packet.

    Oink, oink!

Yeah when I bought the truck they where not negativity arched.
I also plan on adding AAL down the road but they shouldn't be like this with only 12,000 miles on them.

It will. I have the factory cover and the back rail sits at the same level as the side rails. Side rails cause no issue. Also others with a cover have put the back rail on. The factory tie downs may not fit in every location. I had to push mine back on the sides so they didn’t obstruct the latching system.

What front camera did you go with? I’ve been considering this myself.

Had my 2019 DCSB to the dealer about 4 months after purchasing with the same observation. Looked at 5 others on the lot with the service manager and they were all identical to mine, so he said it looked normal. I don't consider flat leaves under no load normal, and would think a spring shop would agree there should be a positive arch to take up the weight of loads placed on them. I've got the extended warranty, and am planning on replacing them with an OME packs at some point anyway so I didn't push it with the dealer, but I will if they get worse before I upgrade.

Yep, mine are doing the same thing. I've got about 6k miles on my truck (2019 DCSB TRD Off Road)

Not too worried about it because I'm going to replace them anyways.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
    That's nuts.

I would have told the service manager "Welp, if that's how they all are, then they're all broke and need to be fixed. ...and if they all need to be fixed, well, you gotta' start somewhere so you might as well start with mine."

OME Dakar leaf packs lay somewhat flat as well. OME designed them that way. Not sure if Toyota designed the arch to be flat, but it's possible.
